I’m always on the hunt for a new grilled chicken marinade...
Last weekend when I was at my parents house they cooked up some pretty delicious chicken on the grill. I later asked my Mom for the recipe, after trying it myself I figured I would share here too! Easy to throw together. I’ve used both boneless chicken breasts, bone-in chicken breasts, thighs and drums. What you need: 1 lb. chicken 3/4 c. Dill pickle juice 1 tsp. Cumin 1 tsp. Curry 1 tsp. Garlic salt 1 tsp. Pepper Use a fork to poke holes in chicken, place in gallon zip lock bag and pour marinade on top. Place in fridge, flipping chicken to properly coat. I suggest marinating at least 4 hours before cooking on the grill. Enjoy!
I always love having a salad with dinner here is my go to salad dressing recipe..
